Priyanka Gandhi Vadra Joins ‘Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra’ Today from Moradabad

Uttar Pradesh: Congress General Secretary in-charge of Communications, Jairam Ramesh, confirmed on Saturday that Priyanka Gandhi Vadra, General Secretary of the All India Congress Committee (AICC), will join the Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra today, starting from Moradabad.

Priyanka Gandhi Vadra will participate in the Yatra led by Rahul Gandhi, which will proceed from Moradabad through Amroha, Sambhal, Bulandshahr, Aligarh, Hathras, and Agra, concluding at Fatehpur Sikri.

“Today marks the 42nd day of the Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra. AICC General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra will indeed join the Yatra today. We will resume from Moradabad and later conclude the day’s journey at Bulandshahr,” stated Jairam Ramesh.

According to the senior leader, the Yatra will be resumed on February 25th from Sambhal, where Samajwadi Party Chief Akhilesh Yadav is expected to join Rahul Gandhi later in the day at Agra.

Regarding the further routes and plans of the Yatra, Jairam Ramesh mentioned, “From February 26th to March 1st, there will be a break in the Yatra due to meetings in Delhi and Rahul Gandhi’s visit to Cambridge University in London.”

The Yatra will resume again from Dholpur on March 5th. Additionally, Rahul Gandhi will visit the Mahakaleshwar Temple in Ujjain for prayers.

“Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra” ( ‘India Unity and Justice March’) is a continuous initiative spearheaded by Rahul Gandhi. The march also joined by Swaraj India President, Yogendra Yadav commenced on January 14, 2024, from Thoubal in Manipur and is scheduled to conclude on March 20, 2024, in Mumbai, traversing across the breadth of India from east to west.
