On Wednesday, senior Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader and BJP National Executive Committee member, Vijay Jolly presented the replica of Ayodhya Ram Mandir to Lord Rami Ranger CBE, Member House of Lords, London, United Kingdom.
The programme that took place at the India International Centre, Lodi Road in New Delhi was organised by Shaheed Nanak Singh Foundation.
Vijay Jolly said he was grateful to Lord Remi Ranger for sending him the water of River Thames when he was collecting the holy waters across the world. Lord Ranger said he was fortunate to have been able to send the water.

Speaking on this occasion Lord Ranger said, “India and China had shared a wonderful relation, I recall the famous slogan ‘Hindi Chini bhai bhai’ during our childhood. Things changed after China invaded India. Today, China is exporting. They are making our Kanjivaram sarees. Even photographs of Lord Ganesha or Lord Rama is being made in China which is enough to show the power of Indian market and they are aware of the fact.”
The event was attended by two Indian former Foreign Secretaries – Ambassador Kanwal Sibal, he is presently serving as Chancellor of Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU), Ambassador Shyam Saran and Ambassador Jayant Prasad.
