A pro-Khalistani group has claimed responsibility for Sunday’s bomb blast that had rocked Prashant Vihar in Rohini near the CRPF school. The Delhi Police had sent messages on various social media platforms, messaging apps, asking to provide details if anybody was aware of anything.
According to footages from CCTV installed outside the CRPF school, recorded a man dressed in white t-shirt near the spot. The bomb which was termed as ‘crude’ in the prima facie report on Sunday, was wrapped in a polythene bag and planted in a half to one foot dip pit. Delhi Police is analyzing the footages to get a clue as who triggered the blast.

Teams from the National Investigation Agency (NIA), National Security Guard (NSG), Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF), and Delhi Police sealed off the area, while forensic experts collected evidence from the site.
On Sunday early morning, a powerful bomb blast had rocked the area near the CRPF school at Prashant Vihar, Rohini. Delhi Police has registered an FIR under the Explosives Act and the case will soon be transferred to the special cell. The NIA, CRPF and NSG are also investigating the matter.
