NEW DELHI: Renowned spiritual leader Sadhguru Jaggi Vasudev faced a life-threatening health emergency recently and underwent emergency brain surgery in Indraprastha Apollo Hospital, as announced by the Isha Foundation on Wednesday.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi also expressed his concern over the health of Spiritual Guru.
He posted on ‘X’ saying that, ” Spoke to Sadhguru and wished him good health and a speedy recovery,”
The organization confirmed that Sadhguru is currently in stable condition and is recovering from the procedure.
The Isha Foundation revealed that Sadhguru experienced severe bleeding in the brain, leading to a critical medical situation.
He was admitted to the Hospital after complaining of intense headaches. Subsequently, he underwent emergency brain surgery on March 17 to alleviate the bleeding.
According to the statement released by the Isha Foundation, Sadhguru Jaggi Vasudev’s health condition is currently stable, and he is showing signs of improvement post-surgery. The medical team at Indraprastha Apollo Hospitals is closely monitoring his recovery process.
