Baba Ramdev’s Yoga Session with Saint Rajrajeshwar Guruji In London, Offers Mantras of Wellness and Peace

LONDON: Baba Ramdev, the globally recognised ambassador of India’s ancient Yoga and Ayurveda, along with renowned World Peace Leader Holy Saint Rajrajeshwar Guruji, known for his excellency as a backbone of Sanatan Dharma and strong Hindu community for the past two decades in United Kingdom, exhibited symbolic 45-minutes Yoga session early morning at St James’s Park near The Royal’s Buckingham Palace to give mantra of importance of Yoga is the only key of longevity, healthy body, mental peace and happiness in human life. The event aimed to promote physical and mental well-being through the practice of Yoga, rooted in 5,000 years of Indian wisdom.

In their message to the world from the heart of London, both the spiritual leaders highlighted the universal appeal and growing global recognition of Yoga and Ayurveda. The leaders’ presence underscored the significance of these ancient Indian practices in promoting well-being and peace across diverse cultures worldwide that true health and inner peace are achievable only through the integration of Yoga into daily life. They shared ancient powerful mantras for a healthy body and a peaceful mind, drew curious onlookers, introducing a new dimension to the park’s vibrant activities.

Baba Ramdev said, “Yoga is the only key to resolve all health related problems, can improve strength, balance and flexibility with other aspects of heath and well-being. It plays a vital role in reducing stress, anxiety and good for mental health.

“In today’s life health is everything, body and soul are beyond the pursuit of wealth. Money is not everything. Thinking about and caring for your mind, body and soul is necessary. We should not forget the values and connectivity of Sanatan Dharma,”

Upon his arrival at Gatwick Airport late on August 18, Ramdev was greeted with enthusiasm by Rajrajeshwar Guruji of Siddhashram and hundreds of members of the Sanatan youth community. The atmosphere was electrified with patriotic chants of “Bharat Mata Ki Jai” and “Vande Mataram,” as the Indian flag waved proudly in the terminal.

Baba Ramdev two days visit was marked by the celebration of Hindu’s festival ‘Raksha Bandhan’ and hints of a significant upcoming venture. The visit, spanning August 18-19, was a blend of spiritual enrichment, cultural festivities, and key business engagements.

During his address at the Taj, Ramdev expressed heartfelt gratitude for the continued support from the UK, reminiscing about the early days of Patanjali and the overwhelming backing from the British-Indian community.

“The people of the UK have always supported us wholeheartedly,” he said, before hinting at a major announcement. “In the upcoming days, we are coming up with something big.”
