London: Hundreds of Overseas Friends of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Saturday gathered to express solidarity with Prime Minister of India, Narendra Modi ahead of the upcoming Lok Sabha elections during a public meeting in London.

Under the guidance of esteemed saint and Hindu spiritual leader Shri Rajrajeshwar Guruji, members of the BJP Overseas Friends convened a public meeting during the “London Car Rally” to demonstrate their unwavering support for PM Narendra Modi and the BJP as India prepares for the upcoming Lok Sabha polls.

Community leaders such as Shashi Vekaria, Mavjibhai Vekaria, Dipak Patel, and others engaged in discussions during the meeting, strategising on ways to bolster support for PM Modi and the BJP in India as the election season unfolds.

The initiative coincided with the announcement by Election Commissioner Rajiv Kumar, declaring that India’s general election would be conducted in seven phases spanning April and May. Opinion polls have indicated a favourable outcome for Narendra Modi’s BJP and its allies, who are vying for a historic third term in power.

Despite the formation of a coalition bloc by more than two dozen opposition parties, including the Congress, under the banner of the Indian National Developmental Inclusive Alliance (INDIA), opinion polls suggest a challenging road ahead for the opposition in their bid to unseat the BJP.

Shri Rajrajeshwar Guruji, renowned for his dedication to world peace and human rights, hails from Gujarat, India, and has been actively involved in managing Hindu festivals and promoting the principles of Sanatan Dharma through his International Siddhashram in Harrow, London.

In addition to his efforts to strengthen the Indian community in the UK and beyond international borders, Guruji has played a pivotal role in supporting initiatives such as the mass marriages of 151 girls at the holy Bageshwar Dham in India, underscoring his commitment to the welfare and enlightenment of Hindu devotees worldwide.

The gathering of Overseas Friends of the BJP in the UK underscores the global resonance of Indian politics and the deep-rooted support for PM Narendra Modi and the BJP among the Indian diaspora.

As the Lok Sabha elections approach, This overseas meeting serves as a testament to the fervent backing of overseas Indians for the BJP’s vision of development and progress in India.
